The only glock I would take over my XD45 compact would be a glock 29. Gaston got something right with that one.

The only Glock I'd go with is a G20, because they don't make an XD10mm. (Yet)

I started off with glocks, and went to the dark side and got an XD45. Personally, i think its the perfect marriage, glocks for 9mm, and XD's for 45

and Steyr M40's for the .40 S&W?

You can rent a G19 and take it home with you?

I was in Vegas a couple weeks ago and the place there would rent me a full auto subgun to go.

I'd pay the rental fee and leave a deposit and lots of documentation, but they would turn me loose with an Uzi to take to the range or home or wherever.

Never heard of such a thing, but I asked in depth about it. They said their (indoor) range would not handle the full auto guns, but I could rent it up to 24 hours and take it to the range to shoot.

We were there on business and I was just touring the shops I drove by. But, I guess you can bring some rentals home.

I only live 75 miles from Vegas. Sure would surprise the guys at the IDPA match if I showed up with a sub-gun. Have to give it some thought.

Which did you end up carrying?
