Carry license revoked for open carry in PA

Here in TAXES..I mean Texas...If you display you weapon, you are guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. This in turn revokes your CHL. I'm kind of guessing that it's similar in most states.

Word on the sTHReet is that Open carry is not yet legal in TX. It is, however, perfectly legal in PA.

If it's legal in PA.....sounds like the local constabulary...doesn't like her!

One thing though....I don't see why she needs to be packing around all the little kids! I'd be afraid of her maybe even having an accident of some type....If one needs to walk around packing in this type of environment.......we need to rethink what's going on in this country.

What?!? Yeah, you are probably right. What nutjob would ever go to a place where there are lots of kids and start shooting? So, you are right, there is no need to pack heat at a place like that, because nutjobs never go to where there are lots of kids gathered in one place and shoot at them. :banghead:

Unfortunately, soccer mums sometimes need to stop at the "rob and go" or the fast food joint (a surprisingly dangerous place based on the statistics) on the way home. How about your friendly neighborhood car jacker? I doubt she thought that the match would get out of hand - Heck, we even have men who insist on wearing a sidearm at home.

Yeah, like fights NEVER break out at youth soccer games, and angry parents never assault and kill other parents, or referees. Nope, kid sports are all kumbayah these days, yessirreesir, you betcha by golly.

You are exactly right, if it is that dangerous going out them maybe we should just all stay at home where it is safe and none of us need to keep a gun!

I say pack anywhere and everywhere. It's like having your spare tire in your car. You may never need it, but it's there if you do......carry on!...........
