I got this last week from a coworker, Sig 230SL. Earlier this year he let me borrow it and a couple other .380s to try out with my sons. I thought I would see if he would be interested in selling it, and sure enough. This past sat I took my 14 yr old son to the range and we shot the 230, 239, and the Ruger 10/22. My son really liked the 230, so I guess it's a keeper. ;) While we were at the range, I picked up a Galco Scout IWB holster, as well as some Federal HST rounds. The jury is still out on the Galco.

Sweet!

Good find. Careful with the son craving that pistol though. I took my wife to the range to shoot my new Ruger LCP awhile back and now it's her new purse gun... :scrutiny:

But, it's all good. Anything that gets her enthusiastic about shooting is a good thing, right?

Very nice gun, inside and out. Excellent quality and workmanship make for one fine pistol. Well done.

Gregj question

Can you tell me what your thoughts are of the Galco Scout IWB holster. I am looking for a thin IWB holster for a Sig 230. For some reason I have a very hard time carrying IWB and have shelfed a ton on high quality holster/gun combo's.
