FR8 - Spanish "Cetmeton" price check....

$350 for the FR-8, give or take a bit. Can't help you on the Cetmeton. :wink:

I've never heard that term before. Google backs you up though, so I learned my something new today. My $350 price comes from the one I sold in June. It was refinished, quite nicely. It was listed for less than 24 hours. I recently saw one at the funshow, not near as nice as mine, with a tag for north of $400.

Snap it up. If you don't want it, PM me with the contact info and I'll buy it.

Worst case scenario is you buy it and don't like it as much as you thought might. Then you list it on one of these boards and make a few bucks.

I've a FR-8 bayonet and scabbard, good, decent shape. Would anyone venture a value for them? Thanks.

I have a 1916 Spanish Mauser action that is total junk becuase of poor metalurgy. REALLY WEAK SOFT METAL.

The 7.62X51 Cetma A was a much weaker loading than 7.62X51 Nato.

FR8 are fine little rifles, the FR-7 or Guardia Civil .308 rifles are dangerous junk.

$10. For a long time, not that long ago, Century gave them away as freebees.
