no one wants it, thats why its on gunbroker
he probably bought it at a gun show, it was billed as some ultra rare piece of crap. when he realized he was stiffed he resorted to putting on gunjoker so some other sap will buy it and he can get his money back.

How much is scrap aluminum per pound?...I'd say its worth about a buck fifty...:neener:

A little JB Weld and you are good to go. I know guys that could weld it back together but would it be worth your time?

im not sure why it was sawn to begin with... its not a firearm, if its gov surplus it doesn't fall under "once a machine gun always a machine gun" and could have been sold like alot of others are.

oh if u knew all the cool stuff Uncle sam Demilled, and what i seen demilled.. some made no sense at all..but they did it, so;ld for scrap

"look at my other auctions for ever changing and hard to find items"

earlthegoat2's dictionary:

"ever changing": we will saw anything you want off, yeeeehaaaw

"hard to find": yokels who dont think they are the greatest gunsmith in the world

Movie prop makers used to pay good money for stuff like that - like maybe $5 each. Of course, that was before Airsoft.

Prop-makers would make three or four versions of "custom" movie rifles, make molds and castings, then junk the originals. No BATFE regs, no live firearm hazards, minimal security concerns.

I used to supply some of that junk. Some came from police dump sites, some from scrapyards. When you pay a maximum of $32 per ton for this kind of junk, $5 per item for chunks like this is OK money.

Hey, it kept me in school!

The guy is trying to sell illegal API .50 cal bullets too.

how you figure sailor?

.50 API is legal to own.

don't go accusing people of federal crimes unless you 100% on this
