If you have a 204, what are you shooting at with it? Which gun is it? What kind of sccuracy are you getting with it?

What complaints do you have besides easily affected by the wind?

.204

I have a Ruger Bolt action, target rifle. Subdued SS barrel and the composite stock. I bought a bunch of the Hornady 32 and 40 gr. V-Max bullets. It is a real tack driver. Used it on ground hog, and it is devastating. I am very well pleased with it. Haven't started to reload for it yet.

I have a savage lrpv right bolt left port. Mine likes the 32 grain v-max, it never shot the heavier stuff well. I usually shot 3/4 MOA out to 200 yards. I like the rifle a lot. It is really heavy and when in the storm case does not even fit into the trunk of my care (have to put it in the passenger seat)

Mine gets used mostly for Elk, and the occasional Yeti. Bullet placement is key though.

Naw I reallly don't have one, mines only a lowly .223 Rem. So far it's busted some rocks and punched paper.

Mine's a AR-15. So far it's been the end of many prairie dogs and a lot of paper and cans. Been taking it out Coyote hunting a lot, but haven't had a chance to shoot it at one yet. I use reload all my rounds, this one shoots both 32 and 40gr V-max very well. Sub MOA gun. Below is a target from when I was getting my loads dialed in. 100yds, no wind, 40gr V-max, 5 Shots

I have 2 Savage VLP's

The first one loves the 32 grain Sierras with BLC-2 and Tac. I have shot many 1/4" 5 shot groups with this gun. It likes the Hornady factory 32 grain load almost as well, putting 5 shots in to 3/8" groups very consistantly. The second one is qalmost as good as the first and the previous owner said it prefered the 40 grain bullets though I haven't had any real luck with them. Right now I only use it on paper but am hoping to head outwest for p-dogs sometime this year. It might do the trick on coyotes as well but if I am going after them I am taking the 220 Swift or the 25-06, both Savages as well.
