What do you buy first?

The proper sequence is to buy another gun first if it's a new caliber. If the gun is an existing caliber in my collection, then buying ammo and accessories first is fine. Yes, a gun is no good without ammo. In contrast, just think about having a bunch of ammo without a gun. You can philosophize that situation until you're blue in the face. The bottom line is that a bunch of ammo without a gun is just lame.

Another gun.

extra hi cap mags first, (if you can find any) because that is the first thing that will get banned. then, any spare parts you think you will need. then, lots of ammo, or reloading supplies (again, if you can find any). stinking government anyway. the biggest problem with our government, is they keep taking away our freedoms every time they pass a law!

None of the above. I'm already stocked up and don't want to pay the higher prices charged these days.

Guns. There's plenty of people with reloading equipment around to get bullets from.

And how do you propose that you'll get this ammunition? Do you really think in the event of a ban, that the people who have it are going to sell? And even if you are able to buy it, you'll pay through the nose.

Counting on others to be better prepared is not a good plan.

$1000 worth of canned goods will go a long way. Got ammo and guns....
