Advice on draganov rifle

I have recently fallen in love with the draganov svd style rifles. I already own a Romanian sr-1 with a rail on the left side for mounting a military scope.
Should I buy a Romanian psl or should I just put a svd scope on my ak?
And if I do put a scope on my ak, where do I get a military style scope with all of the svd features like quick release and a range finding reticle?
