Ammo Backorder

anybody living in east florida near i10 around macclenny , the walmart there off exit 335 has a full shipment of all caliber ammo in stock as of april 12th -
9mm , .223 & 45mm in blazer brass and winchester - i bought 10 boxes of 100 cnt winchester 9mm fmj @ $21 ea and didnt even make a slight dent in thier stock ??

9mm fmj @ $21.00/box no way it's $8.47 at the local WalMart here.

I think he means the 100ct boxes...

Are you sure? That's usually the price for Winchester white box, 50 round.
At last count, my local (when they had them) Wal-Mart charges about $21.00 for the 100 round boxes of Win. white box.

When I moved to my current location a few years ago, I remember they used to cost about ten or eleven dollars.
What was it before that?

I hate it when merchants pull that stuff. I notice it especially with food "deals".

In 9mm at our walmarts:
Blazzer Brass $8.97/50
Winchester (WWB) $19.97/100

Bought all 600 rds I could find of Blazzer, and 1500rds of the WWB.

thats exactly what i meant about the ammo - $21.00 for the 100 round boxes of Winchester white box and the 50 count of blazer brass is $8.99?
sorry for not being clear ? a friend went there 3 days later than me to stock up and said that even after him the shelves are still fully stocked - maybe wallyworld is getting thier **** together after people complaining about them being so understocked so often ??

you took my "opinion" quite personal - do you work at wallyworld ??
(im not judging if you do - just curious - bet a box of blazer brass that you DO tho ??)
when i spoke of them getting thier fecal matter together - as far you know , i could have meant them busting their wharehouses chops to order more ammo or even switch to an exporting company that keeps a more adequite supply of ammo or any "high demand product" on hand themselves ???

Jackstinson: I was gonna be nice and not mention that. But yes. You're absolutely correct. When I have people waiting at the counter for hours to see what freight we get off the truck EVERY NIGHT I just want to throw my hands up in the air and walk off.

And you can't "make" the warehouse order more when there's none available to order.
And does ANYONE really have an "Adequate supply" of ammunition right now? Half the people who DO have it have cleaned out the shelves of places like... You guessed it!
