+1 on Bullseye being dirty. I like Tightgroup 4.5 gr with a 230 gr. It cycles my XD-45 perfectly, is clean, accurate, and economical. My buddy swears by Clays for 200 gr SWC target loads -claims it is super clean, and superbly accurate (he shoots IPSA), I have yet to try it myself.
Within the last 6 months, I've tried W231, Titegroup, Win Supertarget (WST), Win SuperField (WSF), Ramshot Zip, and Hodgdon's Clays. All with .45 200 gr cast SWC.

The Titegroup is the lowest cost per 100 rounds. The Clays isn't far behind.

So far, I am sticking with Clays. Burns clean, is accurate, smooth recoil, and I still have about 10 lbs left to use.

I will say that all dies can work but some can make things easier.... I started loading on my LNL AP with RCBS. I still like them but the taper on the mouth for the sizer is not as generous as some. I swithced the sizer to hornady which was slighly better. Helped with case feeder feeding. For the next set/caliber I am going to try dillon b/c they have the biggest taper. If you set it up right any should do, but haveing a better taper can make life easier.

Try Accurate Arms #5. It was developed specifically for standard loads in .45acp. My personal load is 8.0gr. under a 230gr. fmj.
