With all due respect
David E you do not own, have not used, and have not even seen this holster in person. All of your comments are based upon assumptions. I for one do not give advice on products that I personally have not owned or used. I actually have the holster and use it every day all day and have for months now so my responses to your assumptions come from actual experience with this product.
The design is flawed because it encompasses too much of the trigger guard. This may not matter as much on a pocket holster, but it does matter some.
All holsters should cover the trigger as much as possible, frankly that is what I do not like on the Nemesis, too much of the trigger guard is not covered. This design covers the trigger well and still allows a full firing grip on the gun.
Further, it does NOT protect the mag release button.
I have not seen a pocket holster design for the LCP that does protect the mag release button and I have had eight of the most popular pocket holsters. Again, I carry this holster 13+ hours a day and have never had a problem.
Also, while the bottom curve might make it more comfortable, it won't break up the outline of the gun very well.
The curve does make carry much more comfortable and the holster does succeed in breaking up the outline very well. You can not tell what is in my pocket while I'm wearing it.
Additionally, it appears from the pics on your website that the body side near the top of the slide has the kydex pointed right into the leg. I realize you made it that way to provide a "push-off" for the thumb, but on many folks, it would cause discomfort after a long day, especially seated.
If you want to be sure (100%) that the holster is not coming out with the gun you need another way to break the retention other than just relying on the (sticky stuff) to grab because it won't grab 100% of the time, and again I speak from personal experience not assumptions. The sticky stuff
does not work 100% of the time. This holster has two ways to break retention a thumb push and the hook. If you just draw briskly without using the thumb push, the hooked end and the thumb push will grab the pocket 100% of the time. The thumb push is small and if it was digging in my leg I would not be able to wear it all day. Again, you have not used or seen the holster so all you have to go on is a picture so you can't tell how big the thumb push actually is.
Your other holsters also cover too much of the triggerguard. This interferes with a proper firing grip and should not be tolerated on a serious holster.
Again not having owned any of these holster I don't see how you make this
assmuption. Any good holster will cover as much of the trigger as possible while still allowing a good firing grip. If you took the time to look at the website you would have seen that many of the holsters are offered in different ride heights. This allows you to choose a ride height that fits your needs. Any holster designed for deep concealment will not allow a full firing grip because it will sit too low in your pants and with that being the case full trigger coverage is desirable as you will not be able to get a full grip on it anyway.
If you want to continue to slam a product you have not owned, used, or even seen in person that is your prerogative. I have been carrying concealed weapons for over 20 years and I speak from personal experience, not from assumptions that I have made from looking at a picture. I own this holster and wear it 13+ hours a day and I can tell you that it does work. Furthermore the company has a 30 day return policy so if you did not like it you just send it back for a full refund. I don't know any other holster company that gives you a 30 day trial on their holsters.
