Cabelas Used Guns

Ours advertised a 'gun show' so I took the drive. It was more like the table at the Chicago PD turn in a gun for $50 table. :barf:

I've bought guns from them, when they had a great sale. I got a coupon from them - $20 off if you spend 150 - and the little print - says not good on guns or ammo. Another :barf:

Now I stop only if I am going by for some other reason.

I know the store you're talking about. I was there a week after they opened and I thought their prices were on the high side for a grand opening. Those poor guy's behind the counter had people stacked-up 4-5 deep. I didn't stick around long enough to haggle none.

I was turned off to cabelas guns when I was in the cabelas in monk texas, most of the used guns where in rough shape with some rust.

I've found one good deal at Cabela's. Of course it involved an older gentleman about to get hosed selling a Winchester 1905 to the d-bag in the gun library. I was "banned" for making a deal with the guy. Oh well.

I have a buddy that has bought a few used guns from them. However, he always has a stack of coupons and gift cards for that store. He will only come out of pocket for less than the book value.
