O.

Freakin'

A

I highly doubt we'll ever see it here in the US, but I would definitely go for it (wonder if it has removable chokes). That would be just the thing to take skeet shooting (yeah, not as good as a 30" O/U, but the looks you would get...).

Looks like someone has been paying attention to all of you out there converting Saiga 12s to pistol grip configuration.

Already on it gentlemen. :)

We've spoken with Robarm. If, and that is If, these come in, then we will have them. No idea on when, or if it will actually happen. No idea on price.

Sweet. I think I just found the one gun that I would be willing to lay down cash money for, even if I don't have a good idea as to what I would use it for. Some things are just too cool to not have, and something tells me that once the antis get wind of it, they will try to ban it ASAP. Must get mine early...

Techno, you do realize that guns like this are already here right? :p The main difference between the Molot version and the currently imported Izmash version is that this one has a different magazine. I can make you a Saiga 12, that looks just like that right now.

LOOK WHAT'S LEGAL IN THE U.K.!!!!!!

Look at the above websites, for what's available in the UK "Assault Wise", I bet It might make a few Californians envious. So much for the 1988 and 1997 Firearm ammendment acts, that outlaws Assault Weapons and pistols.

We are even allowed .50 BMG Rifles for target Shooting, but no Semi-Auto's.Some of the rifles might not quite be as effective as a semi-auto, but we have learnt to adapt the disciplines, during the past 18 years, when the legislations took effect. So much for a pistol ban, aswell.

So whatever happened to this? Where can I get one?

(sorry for thread revival)

I want a saiga 12 but I don't want to convert anything. I'd like it to be the way it's configured in this thread FROM THE FACTORY. I don't mind paying a bit more for it.

...but I can't find info on them anywhere! Were they banned?

We are only allowed to import sporting shotguns from Russia.

Sporting=hunting style stock and mag that holds 10 rounds or less.

You can buy one than is already converted but it will be more than a bit more than doing it yourself. Even doing the work yourself you be looking at a price north of 1K for a saiga set up similar to that. A more basic one might only run $600-700.

So the magazines push in instead of rock in?

Hmmmm, Decisions Decisions.....

New VEPR 12, or to bullpup a Saiga 12?

Umm I don't believe the Vepr was ever imported, there are also mag wells on Non us versions of the S12. Lastly and most importantly one can purchase a mag well for $150. It requires modding the mags but does away with the rock and lock for straight insertion and drop free mag removal. I plan to eventually add a mag well to my next S12 build.

as stated above-this weapon has NOT been imported here. please note date of OP!
