Consider this a gun buying challenge!

I'm having a great week at work... been busy with my legal practice and survived another airborne jump! I'm gonna go buy a gun! Heck maybe two or three boomsticks!

Do it to celebrate Freedom.

Do it to honor the 2nd Amendment.

Do it to support your local gun dealer.

Do it in 'honor' of Teddy Kennedy (a man I despised for nearly everything he represented, his poor decisions and bills in Senate, and his anti-gun stances).

Do it for yourself.

Do it as a gift for someone new to shooting.

Do it for a veteran.

Do it to make a liberal weep.

Heck, do it for no reason at all.

JUST DO IT.

Then post your new hardware here!

Let's see some gun porn!

I've jumped out of several airplanes before....nice, but whateva.

I picked up my S&W fs M&P 9mm today, so no need for new immediately.

I just picked up another Ruger MKII, just cant get enuff of a good thing. Next comes the integral upper with built in can so Class III stamp soon to follow.
 
God, there's so many I'd love to get (Sig 556, AK, M1 Carbine, or even an AR) but really can't afford to for at least a month or two. At least I'm well stocked on ammo for the ones I do own, won't have to buy any more ammo for a good long while.
 
you are so right on all counts lead..... i'm looking for a new rifle this weekend myself.............

I bought two last weekend. Does that count??? I bought a S and W 638 (J frame with shrouded hammer) and bought the wife a new deer rifle. (Rem model 700 Laminated stock stainless version in 270 WSM with a Leupold scope...

This weekend is more for test driving the new guns...:D

As a pilot for 45 years I believe there is something seriously wrong with anybody who jumps out of a perfectly good airplane! Oh, wait, you said you were a Lawyer. Never mind. :)

I am in the market for another wheel gun. Maybe I will contribute to your "make the Brady Bunch weep" weekend. :)
 
I have plans on attending a sale at a local shop (Crosscreek Outdoor Supplies) tomorrow. I may be able to put something on lay away will that count?
 
Just picked up my CZ-550 last night, didn't have time to do it right so I just snapped a couple pics.

Oh ya....its a .375 H&H. Man that magnum length action is long. Smacked myself in the nose with the end of the bolt last night while cycling the action with the rifled shouldered. :banghead:


I'm oh so impatiently waiting the last hour of work so I can go play with it....
 
Just brought home a Marlin XS7 on Tuesday. And an AK-47 the month before.

So, I'm tapped out until Christmas/birthday money rolls in. And, even then, I probably need to get another safe before another gun.
 
I've bought/traded for 16 more firearms since the first of this year than I have sold/traded away, just bought another gun safe (a really big one this time) and am about to leave for a week in Disney World with the whole family. I don't think a new gun is in the cards for me this weekend...









... unless I come across a good deal, of course. :eek:
 
Bought 2 yesterday so I guess I celebrated your Holiday.

I won't disclose how many I've bought this year but let's just say I may be an addict.
