recoil marks

I was messing around sighting in a slug gun this weekend, and the recoil brought back a lot of memories as a kid shooting a 20 ga getting ready for dove season. I still have a mark on my shoulder from that 20 ga nearly 20 years later. Do other members have permanent marks from firearm recoil?

If you want to count the scar between my eyes from my scope, Yes I have a shooting scar, and the Indian nick name "Half Moon" around certain people.

Crescent shaped scar on my shoulder from the brass on the buttstock from a hawken 50cal. It's about 5 years old.

Only a bruise from about 200 rounds out of a Mosin Nagant in one sitting. You could see the finish on the wood bubbling. Nothing permanent... yet.
