Thanks guys....if i had more money i would be asking advice on AR-15's.....but i have shot the ak already a dozen times and it is pretty descent at 100 yds......i just wanted an opinion on either that or a better gun....so........... ak 47, sks, kel-tec, or mosin nagant?or any cheap rifle that is not a 22lr

Handgun: Glock 19 - with three 15-round mags and three 33-round mags (accepts mags from the more common Glock 17, accepts hi-cap mags, uses widely available 9mmx19 NATO ammo)

Rifle: Bushmaster Carbon 15 R97S - with seven 30-round mags (widely available parts, lightweight, will not rust or corrode, uses widely availablel 5.56x45 NATO ammo)

Shotgun: Mossberg 590 Mariner 12ga - with Butler Creek folding stock (widely available parts, will not rust, uses widely available 12ga ammo)

*The long guns are DuraCoated in a pattern similar to MultiCam, so the stainless won't affect concealability.

Its obvious.
Otherwise i would choose Sig SIG 542 for 7,62x51 or Steyr AUG for 5,56, Pistol: CZ75 SP-01 Shadow anyway.

Colt M4 with Elcan SpecterDR, LA-5, and BUIS. I'd prefer a Sig 1911, but the Beretta 92FS has given me no issues yet. Of course, don't forget the body armor.

For a handgun I would say probably an FNP9. I had one of those and it was accurate and gobbled up ever single round ever put through it with not so much as a hiccup. As for a rifle, I would say an M4.

Handgun: glock 17 or 21, sigsauerP226, H&K USP springfield 1911. Urban: mossberg or M3 benelli. Else:H&K G36,AK47, or for sniping: remington700 with 4X or 5X-scope & double-core ammo. PLUS: multicam/ DKsnoe-clothes, a good knife and smoke grenades.

If I was a contractor or otherwise thought I would have access to NATO/Western ammunition, I'd rock a Mk 14 Mod 0 with a IOR 1.5-8 and SEi DC can, and just cause I've always thought it would be fun as hell, a Glock 18.

If I thought logistics could be a problem, I'd use whatever the enemy was using. Since this would probably be ComBloc, I'd try find an RPK or a Krink, depending on how mobile and how inconspicuous I was trying to be.

The M1A and the AK is where it is at for me right now. They are the platforms I have the most confidence in, so no matter what the situation, if either of them is available, I probably not turning them down.

FOR EVERYONE THAT SAID AN AK-47 WOULD BE THERE FIRST CHOICE YOU'VE OBVIOSLY NEVER BEEN SHOT AT BY ONE. WE DIDN'T CONSIDER THEM AN ACCURATE THREAT BEYOND ABOUT 150 METERS. JUST TRY SHIFTING FROM POSITION TO POSITION FROM ANYTHING CLOSER THAN 300-450 METERS WHEN YOUR IN THE CROSS HAIRS OF AN M4......IT WOULD PROBABLY BE YOUR LAST

You'd be lucky to be alive to sing a different tune if it had been me shooting at you with my AK. At 150 yards, you literally don't stand a chance if you're not moving with the quickness or I'm not being engaged by your buddies. If I am initiating contact, 200 yards is a done deal for me with my AK, as it is for just about any semi-competent rifleman with any centerfire rifle.

I could score consistent hits on a 1 gallon laundry dettergent bottle at 150 yards with iron sights back before my WASR had upgraded furniture, back when it still had hellacious trigger slap...
