Looking to swap out the stock grips for either Hogue or Pachmayer. Which would you go with?

I went with the Pachmayer Decelerators.

I'm a Presentaion fan. Don't like the way my fingers fit the grooves on the Decelerators.

I agree with the finger groves on this grip. I adjust for it and it works fine but they ARE too far apart and I have big hands! If you look close, my pinkey finger is almost on top of the ridge for the finger above. If you let your hand ride lower down the back of the grip, you don't have that issue but the lower grip gives you more muzzle flip. Notice the difference between the stock grip and the new grip:

I had the same choice to be made on my Super RedHawk. I went for the Hogue Mono Grip. I really like how it fits my hand. The SRH factory grips would let the trigger guard slam back and smash my middle finger of shooting hand. The Mono Grip corrected this problem.

I too like the Presentations better than the Decelerators. I tried a Decelerator on mine, and it seemed too flimsy. There was a slight gap on the back strap that wouldn't close all the way, and there wasn't enough rubber covering the back strap to tame the sting from mag loads for my taste. The Presentation grip is a beefy one on a Redhawk though, which might give you problems if your hands are small.

Here's my 4" Redhawk with Presentations along with a 3" GP100.

I like the Pachmeyers

that came on my Redhawk. A full box of shells is no problem. They do rule out speed loaders though.
Good luck.
