I hope it is not just another 1911, unless they can make it very inexpensive. A subcompact single stack 9mm smaller than the Kel Tec PF-9 would be nice. Or how about a Ruger 9mm carbine so many possibiliities

Anti-gun support from Ruger ended with Bill Ruger's death. I think it is time for this wound to heal, I hope it's not a 1911. We simply don't need any more manufacturers of them. I felt the same when they introduced their AR, even if it is gas piston.

My money is on a 1911 clone. Seems everyone now is making a AR and 1911, Ruger might as well round that combo out...

I would think that any gun company having enough confidence in the strength of the market to introduce any new product would be a good thing.

From what I'm reading elsewhere, there have been confirmations from inside Ruger of a 1911 and a New Single Action upcoming, so it's a 99% Chance it's one or the other.

A 1911 is as good a guess as any. But how about a lightweight SP-101?

I would like to see a 1911 ,to late for me though , i bought a RIA compact.

I suspect it will be a medium frame single action .327 mag with adj. sights.
