off-line mostly.
I considering a new 9mm pistol.
I think that I've got it narrowed down to one of these four.
Which would you choose and why?
And which ones do you have personal experience with?

Thanks,
Easy

Sorry, but none of the above. (Well, maybe the Walther PPS for CCW). They're all fine guns but I'd go for a SIG P250 or the P250 2SUM which gives you everything needed to have either a full-size pistol or a compact pistol.

My personal preferences tend toward full-size, DA/SA pistols with external hammers. I have a Beretta PX4 Storm and a FN-Herstal FNP-9, both of which I have found to be superb pistols and very dependable. I will confess I bought the PX4 to go with my CX4 Carbine; the interchangeable magazines with up to 20-round capacity makes a lot of sense to me and both are great guns at the range.

It's not clear how you will use this pistol.

I can only speak about the models I have owned and I won't speak about those I haven't.

I have and carry an XD9SC. It has a pretty fat grip but fits my hand and conceals well. It has been completely reliable and I can shoot it accurately to 50 feet; no complaints and very happy.

I don't have any of the others you listed. I do have a CZ75B which is a full sized semi auto and has been an excellent range gun for plinking and falling plates. It is accurate(as CZs tend to be) and completely reliable.

I previously owned a Taurus PT92 which was also reliable but I couldnt' hit anything with it. It turns out it was me. I have become a better shot and might like to get it back.

There are plenty of other good choices but you learned that as you trimmed your list down to those four, right?

I went through the compact 9mm shopping conundrum a few years back. I went with the S&W M&P9c and have absolutely no regrets. It's a very fine compact that still gives you 12+1 capacity.

I own two PPS models (9mm and .40 S&W). I also own and carry a P99C on a daily basis. Both models are excellent for concealed carry. I use the P99C each day because I'm more accurate with it, for whatever reason. I've tried the S&W and didn't care for the trigger; as with all guns, I guess, it's an individual thing. The P99C with the AS trigger configuration is about as good as it gets, IMO. It's also the most likely explanation as to why I shoot it better than I do just about anything else, including the rock-solid PPS.

Thanks for the suggestions so far but I'm not looking for a full-sized pistol like the Sig P250 or the CZ75B.
This is why the four in the poll are in the sub-compact to compact range.

Thanks again,
Easy

Sub-compact? Glock 26, best 9mm subcompact, or if you want really small, then Kel-Tech, IF you decide you want a full size, Glock 17, or Beretta 92, which can handle extremely high pressure loads. And Beretta's just last.

CZ-75D PCR or P-01 should be added to the list.
Too heavy and too big for what I want, just like the Sig P250 Compact.
Heck, those are almost as big as my Glock 22.

If you don't, those others will break on you and you'll wish you had...
I already have a Glock 22 which I love very much.
But I want to try something different, hence no Glocks in the poll.
