Putting your knife through its paces

Because it isn't abuse. I have yet to have a knife break on me, however I don't buy crappy knives anyway.

I am not a normal knife user either, my EDC doesn't do just hum-drum twine or paper cutting.

Other tools are made for banging, beating , hacking and chopping.

But will they fit in my pocket? I don't always venture out with a daypack.

This is "normal" use my EDC sees...










My other knives get used the same way..









I even built this in my backyard with only my little Swiss Army knife..



I guess I have differant hobbies than the rest of you?

I have similar hobbies, though during the work week I'm generally stuck in suburbia, so my edc tasks usually involve opening packages, mail, etc. and on occasion food prep. I will say that I dig your pictured knives.
