anyone heard of this vendor: binocularsmart

I was looking for a vendor for kobra reddot scope for my Saiga and ran into this vendor, but I cannot find out anything about them. Anyone heard/used them before? thanks.

I've also heard of tantal, eastwave, but they seem to be gone, or not responding emails. I've heard of bad things about kalinka, so if anyone knows of a place to get kobra at a decent price I'd appreciate it.
