When preparing to enter a townhouse, one character tells another not to use an MP-5 and to use an AR-15.
He says the walls are paper thin and the 9mm will punch right through them.
This puzzled the hell out of me because I am pretty sure most special forces use MP-5's because they DON'T penetrate like the .556 NATO.
Obviously the situation calls for a shotty but they don't even show that.
But here's the thing....does not the .556 coming from an AR-15 carry a much more significant muzzle velocity than a 9mm Luger (sorrry...Parabellum) from an MP-5?
I think the writers on the show made a little technical error. I still like the show, mind you, but they need to get their ducks in a row if you ask me.
