It requires considerable hand fabrication, but really could be done with a handful of 80% frames, a dremmel, and a decent welding setup... It would just take forever..
The idea is to modify a full sized 1911A1 configured frame so that it has a separate 'trigger guard' for each finger... and shorten the dust shield while stretching the original trigger guard (which would make it easy to use with gloves)
Then you would have to shorten the slide/barrel to warthog length without compromising the classic 1911A1 contour
with these altered dimensions it SHOULD keep the gun from printing while pocket carying, and well, in my opinion it just looks rather awesome.
Are there any gunsmiths who take on this kind of custom work? I would like to have a pair of them made (left and right) I would be in no hurry to get it completed.
Your thoughts/ideas?
(yes I know its a crummy chop for photoshop, but I didn't use photoshop I used MS paint.. I don't have photoshop)
