so my friend has a problem when he's trying to reload some .223 brass. i said ill post it up and see what the experts say. this is his problem.
I'm loading .223 cartridges with minimum recommended loads from the newest speer manual with ar2206h powder, and before i can achieve a length below maximim cart OAL the case collapses at the shoulder.
