Hi Guys,
i have seen some great comparative pics on the forums. It made me wonder if anyone can put these three guns side by side and take a pic of the grip thicknesses.
The reason I ask is because I CC the M&P9c, but now that summer is coming and I wear regular t's I find myself having a hard time fully concealing it. I love how easily the PM9 conceals, but would like to go to a slightly larger frame (sr9c).

Any help would be great!

Also from my understanding the measurements on grip thickness are as follows (any corrections would be appreciated):
M&P9c: 1.2"
SR9c: .97"
PM9: .92

From what I found, the SR9c grip width is more like 1.18" and the Kahr is .90", no doublestack is going to come close to the thinness of the Kahr polymer guns, like someone else said, sounds like the CW9 is what you're looking for, gives you the slimness of the PM9 but the longer grip of the SR9c.

If you want a gun "in between" the PM9 and the M&P (I also find the latter gun a bit "thick and chunky" myself, my sole criticism of it), try a Kahr CW, P or K9. It is still thin, but has a large enough grip to get all your fingers on and an extra "ca'tridge in the clip." :D The PM's true niche is as a pocket gun, IMO. Keep in mind that "thinness" does have a price: a reduction in ammo capacity.

Capp- Thanks for the correction.

I have yet to shoot or handle a CW9. But I will give it a look. I appreciate all the responses folks! I am making a trip today that brings me past GM so I will stop and fondle some guns :) (I hate dealing with the people there & only buy from LGS, but you can't beat the selection for a little decision making).

Let us know what you think. I could not be happier with my CW9. I have 2500+ rounds through mine and haven't had any problems at all. The trigger is long, but very smooth. For the price I don't think you can find a better single stack for CC. This pistol is so easy to conceal that you will never have to dress around your gun again. I like to dress according to where I am going and the weather, not what gun I have. Another great single stack pistol is the Walther PPS, but it'll cost you a couple hundred extra more.
