If you guys haven't heard, there's a new site around that's basically the groupon of outdoors and shooting. It's called gearhog.com

Right now they have a smokin deal where you get 50% off a $100 gift cert for USA ammo.

I got 250 rounds of .45acp and 500 rounds of .223 for about what I'd normally pay for 300 rounds of .45acp at walmart after this deal.

Get it while it lasts

Wow, I hope they have some more smokin deals that last more than a half an hour. /sarcasm

Suspect:

"3. REFER FRIENDS
After you buy the deal, you'll get a referral link in your email to forward the amazing deal to your friends and relatives. If a referred friend buys from GEARHOG after clicking your link then you’ll get $5 worth of GEARHOG credits to use on your next purchase." - Taking hints from Ponzi?

&

"What happens if the required number of buyers isn’t reached?
If the minimum buying number isn’t reached, the offer is cancelled and nobody is charged." - So what is the minimum, or is it a secret?

They just started the site so let's see how things progress because it seems very suspicious at first glance. You are basically giving credit card info to a company that's a week old with no return policy to buy a "coupon" online that expires.

I already purchased and used a gift certificate, seems GTG as far as I am concerned.

I have used yjem for both deals and the gift certs worked, brownells box will get to my house today. Your skepticism is wise, but unwarranted in this case
