Gun storage chest?

$500 is not my idea of cheap. I may as well buy a safe.

I am looking for something for $250 tops.
 
If $250 is your limit your only real option is to buy a Stack-on or Homak "gun cabinet" and lay it flat on the ground. These are made of thin metal and can be pried open with a screw driver but are better than nothing. V-line also sells models that lay on the ground but they will only fit one rifle or shotgun.
 
Like my 1st post says, I already have a Stack-On. I don't think a Stack-On will go w/the bedroom decor anyway. ;)

None of these Home Depot type chests etc folks are using are under $250?
