I just traded some un-used spare SCUBA equipment for a pair of Kimber .45s and a .22cal conversion kit for said Kimbers.

We both came away from the deal very happy.

Traded a WWII Nazi dress dagger that I found in the wall of an old house we were tearing down for new Glock 22.

Several years ago I traded a Browning copy of the Winchester 1895 in .30-06 for a 14 foot stock trailer. Wish I had the gun back, the stock trailer led to a lot of work. Live and learn. Keep shootin'

Breitling watch for an SKB 12 gauge over/under, Lee shotshell press, 250 rds of 12gauge and a really nice takedown case, shell holders and a bunch of mtm shell boxes

Two used rifles for a Kawasaki ATV (the big one for ranch-type work). Both sides happy on that one.

That sounds like a good deal, but I've seen some of the toys on you web page, 'two used rifles' may be worth a little more than some would think!

Sold a "73 Dodge Dart to my brother. He abandoned the car and quit making payments on it, so I repossessed the Thompson-Center .54 Hawken that I had built for him. I rescued the car, got it running again and sold it. I still have the rifle; wish I still had the car.

Something or another for an S&W 19

1985 - Entire gun collection for college tuition. Sad event.

Several times in the past I have traded my time and knowledge for various firearms. Often they were not worth a lot when traded but I am always looking for a good pry-bar for a project that can be made shootable again with a reasonable amount of effort.

Two unwanted hunting rifles for a 10' utility trailer. Another unwanted rifle for a Zeiss scope.

I traded A Savage 111 and a Pre-ban Norinco underfolder for a $4000+ Snap on tool box. I have a surplus of guns I don't need and will never use, don't feel like going through the trouble of selling them off so I'm always scanning the craigslist barter section for people looking to trade stuff for guns.

Note quite a "trade"...

Someone owed my brother $70, and kept giving my brother excuses on why he couldn't pay it. Finally the guy told my brother that there was an old rifle in a cardboard box in the attic, and my brother could have it if he'd just call the debt settled.

My brother accepted.

It was a 1903A3 in cosmoline.
