I don't know about you guys but I have had my eye on a Sig Sauer P238 for a while and I thought the price tag was pretty high for a small .380 but you can't deny that the gun looks very sleek and sexy.
Now all of a sudden I here about the Sig Sauer P938 that is pretty much the same thing but in 9mm, I was so excited until I saw the price tag...Does this ever happen to you?

Still happens when you get older, but the results are even more traumatic.

CZ Czechmate 9mm (New Pistol): Muzzle Break, Red Dot, two bbls, spare parts, big stick mag +two more. Shoots WWB or 1450'/sec 9mm Major loads with no spring changes. $3000 plus holster cost.

Ohhh man! Anyone need your yard mowed?

I donno what it is, maybe it's just all the buzz around new toys, or the high-pressure subliminal sales tactics, lol, but it certainly happens to the best of us. Heck, I hate Kimber. I've never had an enjoyable shooting experience with one of their pistols in my hand, but they make this little thing look like it just has to be my next purchase or I might as well donate all my other firearms to charity, and the more I read about it, the more I think "Heck, they're right!" I try to hold off and keep a level head, though, 'cause I know it'll pass, at least until Taurus introduces another new magnum-sized paper weight for me to drool over.

Boberg XR9-S

Add a long waiting list to a not so cheap retail price..... :banghead:

But!

I'm on the list anyway..

Yep, I have a feeling getting my hands on a P938 might be kind of hard this year. I will be turning 21 soon and would like to get my CC permit.. would make a pretty good B-day present to myself

Everything I have even the slightest interest in starts at around $700 with the more expensive ones coming in around $3,000. Yes the expensive one comes from Les Baer, no it's NOT a 1911.

All the time. I have been staring at a Knighthawk GRP Recon for almost 8 months now. And it looks like I will continue to stare at it until I win the lotery becuase I can't really affor a $3200 gun right now.

Yea, I just got a Sig 226 combat and already I want the whole line up including a few scorpions and stainless elite's. in each caliber of course.

I feel your pain. Just when I start really wanting a keltec sub 2k 9mm/.40 that takes Glock mags the price is up $100.00 over a year or two ago and is nowhere to be found around here.

p.s. if anyone can help me let me know

Yeah, I know the feeling too. I have been lusting over a few things lately. A Sig P226 Elite Stainless, a Nighthawk T3, and a nice Over/Under for sporting clays. None of them will happen any time soon.:banghead:

I just got a 'want', a S&W 1911 E-series and I also want the 938 myself. I also want the SIG 224. I also want a Ruger 1911.

I also want a .......
