If your not too busy (and I know your not) check these out for me. If I can post them right.

55 gr Montana gold hp's, H4895.

200 yards

24 looks like the most consistency, but I wouldn't rule out trying another powder...


Do you know your muzzle velocities for each load?
 
Well I was right. I messed it up. Not sure how I have an extra pic on the bottom but oh well.
 
Didn't have time to chrono. Had a scope gremlin to deal with on the first set of these and had to rush to get these before dark. This will be just a bulk hunting/shooting load. Having trouble trying to decide if it's worth it to make'em go fast. Less drop but if you practice and know the drop, then what's the difference in 200fps below 400 yards?
 
if you were rushed in getting these results, I would make a second batch and re-run the battery... rushed results generally aren't the most accurate in results... I would also go with animators advice and try a different powder... again, with plenty of time to get the best results...
 
Also try a different primer. I thought this was a bunch of horse hockey but it does make a difference in some loads. I second the try it again if you were rushed or frustrated by something like a rogue scope.
