Do you wear firearms-related apparel?

I voted yes but it is restricted to my NRA Life Member cap. Besides, no one makes shirts, jackets, etc., that are big enough. If it offended anyone, they kept it to themselves. But it has led to some nice conversations, often unexpected.

However, I don't put bumper stickers of any kind on the truck. Not fear of reprisal, like others have said I just prefer to keep some things private from strangers.

The occasional NRA polo or Cabela's shirt is as far as I go but I voted yes.

I have a Sig Sauer hat and a couple hats from shooting ranges.

I prefer to blend in. My concern is that advertising my gun ownership in public will bring me unwanted attention, especially from criminals who might target me first before attacking the more vulnerable individuals near me.

I don't own any sports team stuff, either.

The only thing I have with any logos on it is my flight jacket.

I have a couple, but I bear in mind where I wear them. If a few of my favorite companies (Savage, Springfield, Smith & Wesson, Missouri Bullets - I'm looking at you guys) wanted to send me more, I'd put them in the rotation.

Voted no because I prefer to keep as low of a profile as I can with anything firearms related.

Which is why I open carry from time to time

I'll occasionally wear shirt or hat with a manufacturer's logo on it. I NEVER wear shirts with gun slogans like....I Don't Dial 911.

I gotta agree with Jonathan. I am also not ashamed of my gun-ownership, but damn proud. Thinking that criminals are gonna go for someone with a S&W baseball hat on first is grasping at straws. If they are that intelligent, odds are they are gonna go for the victims with the penguins on their shirt or with the preppy clothing store logos, knowing those that dress to show wealth will have more in their wallet than those that dress to show strength. I don't wear billboards advertising products , but I do wear a subtle khaki hat from the S&W shop. I also have NRA and 2A stickers on my truck/jeep.

I don't wear the clothing because I don't feel the need to pay for it. Maybe if I got a free t-shirt, I might wear it once in a while.

Stickers on the truck are an absolute no-go. I don't want stickers of ANY kind on my truck.

NRA sticker on my car and I have several shirts, hats and such that I wear proudly.
And not just to the range or gun shows either.

I have an HK, Glock and Eotech cap all of which i wear regularly. Definitely wouldn't do a bumper sticker though as I see that as encouraging a break in.

I do wear a nice, pink Kalashnikitty shirt to places like fine dining restaurants, church, business meetings, etc..

All joking aside, I don't buy firearm apparel......but I do have some free hats from Ruger and S&W that I sometimes wear. And every vehicle I own has a NRA sticker on it, except my motorcycle - that one's on my helmet.

I have a few 'gun related' tee shirts (does a USMC tee shirt count?) and the only one I wear regually is way too geeky subtle to count- it's a 'Blue Sun Corporation' Tee, like the one Jayne Cobb wears in "Firefly":

as to bumperstickers, I do have an Oval "LIF Member" (Long Island Firearms) and a USMC decal on my cars, but nothing overt- those I save for the gun cases

I voted no, only because I do not have any. Not against it in any way. As a matter of fact this thread inspired me to order a Beretta hat

When I go to a gun show, or to the firing range, I wear my NRA cap. That's about it.

Back in 1982, during the Prop. 15 fight in Californina, a proposition which was to ban all handguns and eventually all long guns was placed on the general ballot. One night before the election, I was at a large meeting at which there were pro-ban and anti-ban Prop. 15 speakers. I was one of those anti-ban speakers.

After the meeting, when I went to my car, someone had used a hammer or similar object to burst out my rear window at the point where my "Life Member, NRA" sticker was pasted. I was not the only one. Several other people at the meeting found their windows with either the NRA sticker, or a bumper sticker reading "No On Prop. 15," attached, broken out.

So much for the radical neo-lib "progressives" who are ohhhh soooooo tolerant of other people's opinions.

Thereafter, I never "advertized" publicly again that I owned firearms. Lesson learned.

Nope, only because most gun related apparel is too expensive. $30 hats and shirts are not my cup of tea. I rock plain clothes with no logos on them, usually very normal colors like black, white, gray, OD green, or khaki's.

I've had my car vandalized because I had a political bumper sticker on it,

There was a very well publicized case here in Co Springs, in which a Ltc. from Fort Carson was caught spray painting " F--- YOU " on cars W/ Bush bumper stickers.

I've even had people bitch about my Cabella's bumper sticker.

I don't advertise my political leanings, my religious beliefs, or my status as a gun owner. I don't wear logoed clothing (except for a Cabella's hat) I don't even put bumper stickers on my roll away.

It isn't worth the hassle & people seem to think it's an invitation to interject their opinion on what ever bumper sticker / T-shirt / hat / brand of tool; I may have a logo on.

Possibly at the range. Otherwise I don't care to pay to advertise for others...
