I finally got around to finishing up this Small Skinner Don sent me a long time ago.

White linen micarta handles with brick red liners and stainelss pins. Blade is CPM D2.

Very, very pretty but it looks to be awful slick for skinnin' use. That red liner is stunning. Wouldn't that be somethin' if it was duplicated around the scale pins ad the lanyard hole?
 
What a purty little knife Sam excellant job. That thing has precision skinner/caper written all over it. I know a couple taxidermist who would love to own that.
 
Thanks guys! I really like this one, and jbkebert is exactly right, it feels like a scalpel in the hand. About perfect for caping something out carefully or cleaning small game, where a big blade is just really fighting you.

Don really had a great design with this.

Now, to find a home for it... :)

That would probably be about $140. Maybe $160 with sheath.

This particular one has a home now, but I like this design a lot, so there will undoubtedly be more.
