Since you already have G19/G26, I would suggest G22.

Unless you are already familiar/comfortable with 40S&W recoil, G22 will provide more comfortable "range fun" compared to G23/G27. Of course, if you want to carry G23/G27, you can always get a 40-9 conversion barrel for "range fun".

G34 you've got the others for CCW.

Looks like you've got the CCW thing covered already, as well as the full size and compact size. Why not go for a competition size like G34 or G35.

With the G35 you could switch barrels to 9mm and use your G17 mags. Or if you wanted to switch it up to .357sig you could still use .40 magazines.

I voted 30, and I'll stick with that, but the recommendations for the 34 are right on point as well.

I'd go with either the 30 or the 34. Either of them will be different than what you already have, and the 34 is compatible with the guns you've already got.

I have owned many Glocks. The Glock 32 I just sold (already sorry about it) is the best of the bunch. It shoots those 357 SIG rounds so flat and fast it's like having a laser pointer. I purchased only reloaded ammo and it was not very expensive to feed.

I have no idea why I sold this pistol. I shot it better than any pistol I own, including my Sig X-5. I could hit alka-seltzer sized clay targets at 100 feet almost everytime I pulled the trigger. Seriously. What a great Glock. World class stuff.

And Kudos to whoever designed the round. It's great. I think it's the best self defense pistol/round out there.

I made a fatal error prior to selling my G32. I found a full box of unfired ammo a few weeks ago. Heartbreaking.

I would agree with the others, that for a new range gun the Glock 34 would be hard to beat.

If on the other hand you really want a "heavier" CCW gun, I would look at either the 30 or 36. Personally, I feel the 36 fits my hand better (and this is from someone who has no problems with the grip on his Glock 21). To me the combination of fat and short grip on the 30 doesn't work, plus the slightly slimmer slide on the 36 is more comfortable for IWB carry. This is entirely subjective, of course and I would suggest getting a feel for both of them and deciding yourself.

G34. Others already cover the CCW.

G20SF or G29SF.

Because 10mm is better than .40 Short and Weak, .357 Sig, or .45 ACP.

Ok, lets think about this. Alka seltzer. What are talking, like 1" across? "Almost every time." Lets call that 9 out of 10, that would be "almost every time," right? At 3 ft per yard, we could say an even 33 yards, just for the benefit of the doubt. What you are saying is that on a 10 shot group you could put 9 of them in a 1" group, at 33 yards, almost every time?

These kinds of threads can be very helpful to the potential buyer. It's nice having a sounding board. Especially when the feedback can raise options that you sometimes didn't even know exist. I have seen several times when an OP writes back with a post that says "wow, I didn't know that gun was made in that caliber. Thanks!", or similar.

I am not a big Glock fan and I voted "other" in the poll. In this case I'd go with the G21. If you want to shoot 10mm there are conversion barrels and extra power recoil springs so you can do that. Personally, I don't need to shoot anything that needs more than what a good .45 ACP +P will do.

Yes it is! All I can say is that he needs to bring that glock on over to my bullseye league and shoot in it!

I own a 34, a 30, and a 21. The 34 gets the most range time, but the 30 is the most fun to shoot. I just put a Ghost 3.5 and spring in the 21, and it's a lot better than it was. The 30 and 34 are completely stock.

My best shooting Glock is my G34, it was my first Glock and still my favorite. Used my coupon to get a G20 SF, should have gotten another G34, I would shoot it more. My vote was other, G34

If you have the 17,19, 26, and you shoot GSSF, how can you do anything else but go for the Glock 34 to complete the 9mm collection?

I have to say 34 as well. It's a fantastic gun. Since I already have one, I think my next Glock will be the 21. I feel a strange need for a .45. I would have to get back into reloading to afford to shoot it though. Especially if we get 4 more years!

Why get into another caliber?

G34 is my answer.
