I have a bag full of links that were taken off ammo belts. I think they're 30 cal. Are they good for anything?? Anybody need some?? PM if you do.

I would be interested if they are 1919 links. There are many different types of links and even different types of 1919 links. Different links for 30-06 and 308 for example. Also some designs are push through and others are pull out.

Links are being mindlessly included in the "high capacity ammunition feeding devices" bans. For example, in New York you couldn't link up more than 10 rounds (now 7 rounds) without running afoul of the ban. (Of course, there's not much practical effect in New York because you can't legally own machine guns there anyway.)
