Oh, I didn't see the exposed hammer.
Gruning Precision chambered in 30.06. Will generate 2900 fps with a Sierra 190 gr. Match King and put 'em through the same hole at 100 yrds. off the bench.

There's all kinds of things in there. Remington's, Surgeon's, DTA's, Lawton's (huge mistake). Chambered in all kinds of things from .22lr to 50BMG.

Just a guess but I would say a Rem 700 SPS Varmint with a Nikon 3x9 with BDC reticle sitting in a Choate sniper stock.
I'm in the middle of building this one.....budget precision rifle for sure. Savage MkII FV-SR in 22LR. DIP trigger guard, bottom metal and hardware with a Boyd's stock. Glass is a Bushnell Elite 3200 in Warne QD low rings. I need to order a bipod and some sort of long muzzle device until I can get a can (it looks quite strange with the short barrel meant for a suppressor).
I did mine much the same:
I can't call it a precision rifle yet, as I haven't been able to find any good ammo since I finished the rifle.
