Levin & Stabenow routinely vote to desecrate the Bill of Rights. Levin cannot retire soon enough! I only hope this blue state will elect a non-Democrat senator to replace him!
+1 brother. I don't understand how we can elect guys like Justin Amash to the House, but re-elect 'people' like Levin and Stabenow to the Senate. I think Detroit, Flint, et al have a little to do with it.

Kaine and Warner are line toting party toadies. Amazing that Virginia can have a governor like McDonell and vote in two like Warner and Kaine.....and shame of all shames vote for Obama.

I did my part do express my dismay to both Kaine and Warner.

Kaine didn't surprise me, Warner somewhat.

I have already let Mark Warner that I will dedicate time and treasure to ensure he isn't re-elected next November.

Be Safe!

In case you didn't know. The two biggest monitary supporters of this treay were the country of japan and our very own Pepsico.
Keep that in mind the next time you want to buy any pepsi products.
Also, do your own research and see just how much pepsico owns.

It completely baffles me when i see gun clubs with pepsi machgines in them.

Jim, west PA, please document your statement about Pepsico monetarily supporting the UN small arms treaty. Then I will contact them and go into full boycott mode of their products.

I used the NRA-ILA site to send the following to Kaine and Warner. I also enjoy posting on their Facebook pages.... ;-)

As your constituent, I would like a clear explanation why you voted 'Nay' on the Amendment (Inhofe Amdt. No. 139 ) to uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.

The U.N.’s actions to date indicate that the Arms Trade Treaty is likely to pose significant threats to our national security, foreign policy, and economic interests as well as our constitutional rights. Even former U.N. ambassador John Bolton has cautioned gun owners to take the initiative seriously. He believes that the U.N. “is trying to act as though this is really just a treaty about international arms trade between nation states, but there is no doubt that the real agenda here is domestic firearms control."

I have serious issues with this treaty. While it affirms states’ rights to self -defense, the text makes no mention of civilians’ rights to defend themselves. Since most of world’s constitutions don’t contain an individual right to bear arms, the likely result will be to strengthen the grip of governments in the international flow of arms. I am also concerned that this treaty might use it as a pretext not to sell weapons to allies like Israel and Taiwan, or to restrict the import of firearms and ammunition for individual end users.

It is particularly disturbing that one provision in the treaty requires participating countries to keep records of arms exports and imports, including the quantity, value, model/type, and "end users, as appropriate" for at least 10 years.

After looking at the bill and the possible ramifications, I can't help but conclude that you've sold out the 2nd Amendment in favor of global gun control.

I would your response so I may better understand your rationale for voting Nay to the amendment opposing this treaty.

Pat Toomey

I notice that our Junior senator from PA has returned from the "DARK SIDE" and is back where he belongs!:)

The European Commission is fighting to tighten gun control over all EU member states, again because of the UN Arms Trade Treaty. Gun owners around the world are under attack.

I was cleaning out my mailbox and noticed that I had 41 messages from Sen. Mark Warner. He probably has more messages that he hasn't responded to yet.

Funny, but I never thought that we would become such pen pals.

I'm sure that Kaine has just as many, but he's a lost cause and doesn't usually answer.

Eric Cantor, in my district, is pretty much unreachable by email-- A point I'll be sure to remember at election time.

I can't believe BOTH Senators from Colorado voted for it. Oh wait, yes I can.

I see Baccus from Montana voted for it. He helped defeat Obama's gun bill and then turns around and votes for something just as bad thinking no one would notice. Everything those lying lawyers do is calculated and disgusting.
