Another crazy Feinstein Project question - paper stock?

Perhaps I could print an AR thumbhole stock design out of paper, cut it out of cardboard, glue it, and fill it with Bondo, fiberglass, or somesuch?

Thanks for the link. I was just thinking of filling the thing with Bondo, as was suggested in this thread, but surely I could stuff it with fiberglass mat. Would that make it too heavy, if it was solid fiberglass beneath the buffer tube?

Bob the Virginian has suggested using an interior of styrofoam, wrapped in fiberglass cloth. Would that stand up to .223" recoil?
