Browning Arms has always been a bit shady about what they actually do. Rather than come out and admit that they don't manufacture anything in their own plants, they make a lame attempt to pass off FN production facilities as their own.

I am a literalist and when the poll asked about "Brand" preference I did not presume manufacturer preference.
I own a Browning Hi-Power not an FN Hi-Power by the roll marks so that is what I call it. As I stated I also own an FEG Hi-Power it is neither a Browning nor an FN.

I use a Springfield XD(s) for warm weather concealed carry and a Bulgarian Makarov for cooler weather carry.

For the "custom", or semi-custom option, I've got a Kimber which isn't listed as an option on the poll. After some mods, I love that pistol.

I use a Springfield XD(m) 5.25 for competition when I'm not using my Kimber.

ALL of them are range guns every now and then including the S&W 22a, Ruger 22/45, Ruger GP-100 and, when I get better grips, the Colt Python.

In addition to those checked, I also own 2 Magnum Research (Kahr owned) BFRs.

My range gun is a p226 e2, my edc and hd is a sig p220 sao compact. Rest are mostly new and are safe queens. And most are vintage or collecters. Besides the glock and springfields

I think KelTec would probably be a better choice option than someone like Caracal or Steyr.

Yup. There are a several that are not listed that would make more sense than some that are.

KelTec and Bersa come to mind immediately to me as being missing, and I don't, nor have I ever owned one of either. I'd bet those would get more hits than something like Caracal.

Also have a Bersa, which I think deserves inclusion.

Own a couple of Colt's - 1911's, Rugers - SR45, GP100, S&W's - M&P 45.
EDC is a BHP.

HD, EDC, and favorite range gun.

Boy, you love your polls. Interesting to see that there aren't more CZ owners, not at all surprising to see relatively few HK owners.

Since this is the autoloading handgun forum, I limited my vote to those current (Glock & Beretta). However, I've owned H&K, Sig, Ruger, Taurus, CZ, Kahr, Browning (not listed), Star, a few Comm-blocs and a crappy Zastava.

Since I am transitioning off a J-frame, right now I'm carrying the Beretta (Bobcat); I can't really afford much range time, so it's limited to what I carry.

I didn't vote. One: It wasn't specified as to whether or not the poll was for any firearm, or just semi-auto pistols. I'd originally thought it was for pistols, but then - Two: Didn't see many of the s/a pistols I do own on there, but many brands listed for which I do have guns other than s/a pistols.

Own: Beretta and Glock.

My EDC and HD weapon is a Glock 19 Gen 4.

I shoot all of my firearms, but most of the love goes to my carry weapon. I do a lot of dry fire with the PX4 to work on trigger press. If I could only keep 1, it would be the Glock 23 Gen 4.
