After talking with Roy I ordered a tuned 1322 Carbine with an 18" barrel, shroud and flat top piston/valve. Roy is very easy to talk to and very helpful. Delivery will be in a couple weeks and I'll update after I receive it and run some pellets through it. I can't wait.

I received the 1322 Carbine on Tuesday 3/25. It was exactly 3 weeks from ordering it and right in line with the timeframe that was quoted when I ordered it. Never having a 1322 I was surprised by how lightweight it was. The package included the original 1322 grips and the shoulder stock. Everything arrived in great shape. It took me a while but I have been able to run several pellets through in and the carbine shoots wonderfully favoring the JSB Diablo 13.4 grain which it shoots at 660 fps (12.96 fpe) and the Barracuda Hunter 18.21 grain at 580 fps (13.61 fpe). Groups at 13 yards were barely larger than a single hole. A close third was the JSB Diablo Stratton 15.9 grain at 620 fps (13.57 fpe). The aluminum shroud works wonderfully and the noise level is similar to my Umarex Fusion (both show 90 db on my IPhone). I used a self etching primer and painted the aluminum a matte tan color and have a UTG Bug Buster 3-9X32 mounted. Its so lightweight and easy to maneuver that it will be the perfect hunting gun. Other pellet tested are below:

H&N FTT 14.66 gr: 635 fps (13.13 fpe)
JSB Monsters 25.40 gr: 500 fps (14.10 fpe)
H&N Crow Mag 18.21 gr: 580 fps (13.61 fpe)
H&N Barracuda Power 21.14 gr: 520 fps (12.70 fpe)
H&N Silver Point 17.13 gr: 605 fps (13.93 fpe)
H&N Barracuda Green 12.35 gr: 675 fps (12.50 fpe)

Worst accuracy was the H&N Silver Point (all over the place) and the H&N FTT and H&N Green which always threw at least one flier. All other pellets had very good accuracy but not the great groups from those above.

Handy combo there. I have the 1377, from back around 1986, and have that shoulder stock as well. Haven't shot it in ages, but I remember that thing being pretty darned accurate. It is on my plan as I return to airgunning in the coming weeks.
