Yes I know the ammo is hard to find, but one can reload using .45 ACP dies and GAP brass.

$365 is all the want. 3ed Gen with night sights. Excellent shape.

Just about as handy as my Glock 26.

Go ahead and get it. If the .45ACP did not exist all the people who condemn the .45GAP would think it is wonderful. BTW the .45GAP sure is nice for speed loading into revolvers.

Well while setting up for 9mm reloading I had to rummage through a bunch of mixed brass.

Found almost 100 .45 GAP cases!

Maybe later I'll offer them 350, tax included, for the little pistol.

One thing is certain, if I got into a shootout and that was my gun, the cops would know which one was mine!

I have been looking for a clean used Gen3. No luck so far...

My Glock 38 is the softest shooting .45 I've owned, and I can shoot it with better results than my SIG P220 Super Match. Go figure...

I buy most of my range stuff from Georgia Arms. Their 185 gr.45 GAP 185 gr. is actually $20 cheaper in 500 round quantities than their 185 .45 ACP ammo. That's what I shoot most often.

For home defense, I can still find good .45 GAP and since I don't shoot a LOT of that, any premium on the price is relatively meaningless.

Now the question...

Will the Glock 39 use the NY-1 trigger spring that goes in the Glock 17?

And does the connectors for the 17 work in the 39?

All my Glocks have a NY-1 and 3.5 lb connector and have 8 lb trigger pulls.

No loss in accuracy or speed but a bit more definite trigger pull.

I have a 38 and really like it. It's just a big 9mm, right? If you are gonna reload 45 GAP, check out leobrass.com. That's where I get my brass from. In fact, I have never fired factory rounds through it!!

Mark.

The answers to your questions Deaf is Yes.

The frame of the 39 is no different than the 26/27/33. All the internals, except for the ejector are the same.

My 39 shoots 9mm & 40 just fine with addition of a 27 upper/9mm conversion barrel and the appropriate extractors/ejectors.

Go for it!

I would definitely buy it at that price, and especially if you already have dies and bullets from loading the ACP. Great choice for a concealed 45.
