I'm actually interested if anyone is get their significant other a gun or shooting items for XMAS.

I'm taking a chance and picked up a LNIB Glock 42 for Christmas for my wife. This is a first for me. She wants to start carrying it. I'm a little nervous about it. Both my choice, and her carrying all the time.

What's on your list for your significant other?

I bought my wife a CZ-75B for Christmas this year. She shot one awhile back and really liked it. I got lucky and found a great deal on one a month or two ago. She'll also get a magazine for her SR22 and some non-firearm related stuff.

I won't be getting anything gun related this year from my wife. She is anti-gun, so she won't receive any gun related things from me either.

Not x-mas. But my birthday was fairly recently.

I've had my eye on a bullpup stock for my 10/22 for awhile.

My brother informed me that the price had dropped from $384 to $90.

I told him I was going to buy it for new years.

He bought it for my birthday.

I love it! My 10/22 is now 26.5" long. This is sooo cool! *tactici-fool*

(If you read this, thanks bro! You don't know how much fun I'm having!)

Just a natural thing in my family; has been for decades. Mostly ammunition, loading supplies, components, cleaning gear and lubricants and etc.

Things like holsters and guns ... more "personal" choices I supply the cash and they pick it out. Unless I know definitely what make and model they want.

My wife took up running/biking and wanted a way to carry so I got a fanny pack carrier so she can have her keys, permit and pistol with her.

I bought my former step son a brick of 22lr one Christmas because he needed to do some target practice after missing 3 bucks in one day that year. The now exwife and I decided we would only put numbers on the packages instead of names to confuse her three boys.

One of the boys was a hell of a shooter so he was sure that the brick was for him.

NOT.

Was he ticked.

The girlfriend got me a MEC press for reloading shotgun shells. She and I shoot together and she mostly used my pistol reloads already. Might as well share shotgun reloads as well.

I drew one of my brothers-in-law in the family gift exchange. He's been a shotgunner for a long time but just got his first pistol, so I think I'll get him an extra magazine or maybe some ammo.

Not for Christmas but my wife will be getting a Ruger lcrx pistol shortly. Due to arthritis in her hands she has a hard time with racking the slide on her keltec p3at, she also has a dao sp101 and a lcr, but the double acton is getting hard for her to use due to pain in her hands and weak fingers. She does fine with my Ruger service & security sixs in single action mode and being a revolver she doesn't have any trouble loading them. She likes the lcr due to its light weight & size so I think that this new lcrx with a hammer to cock will be just about right for her.

I had a friend do a really nice trigger job on my wife's sp101. That puppy is buttery smooth now. Something to look into.
