Coltsville National Park

Saw this today in the Hartford Courant. We took a trip across the northeast this fall and while it was great to see the old Colt factory and Armsmear, it was also sad to see them in their current condition. As well as the surrounding area that can only be described as "ghetto". Both the old Colt's factory and Armsmear are going to be part of the national historical park. This is fantastic news!!!!!!!

Wonderful news. Congratulations are certainly due to all who worked to get this done,politicians and all citizens. It could not have been easy.

And yet us CT residents can not purchase any of Colt's rifles. After Newtown they banned all "assault weapons"

There is also a major slum/ghetto that is right next to Colt park. A real crap hole

Just hope to last long enough to see the completed Coltsville.
