SKS Won't go back in the Stock

That SKS I inquired about with the broken safety and the gas leak a few days ago, well I replaced the safety lever, which came in the mail yesterday, and I do believe I fixed the gas leak, however, try as I might I can't get the trigger group into the stock. I've taken others apart a hundred times and never had a problem re-assembling them, what gives, I've tried the old rubber hammer trick also but to no avail. Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

IBEBULL, haven't tried that yet will try that next. I've never had a problem like this before, my own SKS can be a pain at times to get back together but this thing is really something else. BTW the new safety works real good, and yes I made sure it was on before trying to assemble the dang thing.

Note I finally got it, and it's shooting fine, no gas leak and it is perfectly fine.
