No you do not. AOWs either. Just MG, SBR/SBS, DD require form 20.
But:
Nothing says you can't. If this is a permanent move out of state (even in state), you can use the 5320.20 to notify ATF of the COA. (When I bought my first MG, ATF delayed the transfer until the seller filled out a 5320.20 for an in state move). If you plan to sell your suppressors (really, who does?), it will go smoother if the COA is on file.
SBRs do not require them. HOWEVER for permanent change of residence I have always done them just as a CYA. They were signed, approved and sent back....telling me I was not out of line for completing them.
