I found a 45 (acp) rimmed in my range brass yesterday. I thought it was cool AND plus I did not have one in my collection.
Earlier this year I found the new 5.7 x 28.
Last year, I think, I found a 50 BMW 2.5 inch ranging round case. That was really cool!!!!
Long live range brass! Like a kid in a candy store.

I actually reload .45 Auto-rim for my S&W 1955 revolver. Although these days I mostly use "moon" clips and regular .45ACP.

I found some 32-40 Win brass a while back...It was mixed in with my 30-30 brass!!!

The best thing I got out of this post was CRACKER JACKS.
I have not had any of them for many years, just forgot about them.
Guess what I'm buying next grocery store trip.:D

Last fall picked up three 38 special with the Super-Vel head stamp.
I reloaded them with 148 gr. wad cutters. They are in my S&W J frame.

A few months ago a .32-20 was just laying there when I was picking some .38 spec brass. Probably rolled off the bench...un-noticed. I always look around when at the range. Just never know...

One time I found a box of 50, 45 LC on the pistol range. I was totally shocked, because a lot of the guys at that club do cowboy shoots, so they love their brass. So maybe it was someone else that got a hand cannon and wanted to throw big lead around. Well I thanked them as I collected all their brass.

Catpop, thank for sharing. I feel the same when I find something new at the range. On Friday I also found a 5.7x28FN case that I added to me collection. My collection is still small, but it is becoming a discussion piece at home.

45AR was the first round I ever cast. (top of the picture)

My best range find was two pieces of 50AE brass. Yes, I have a DE in 50AE (I'd use it as my CCW but it is just too damn small). I have never did any hand loads for it.

I just found another little gem at the shooting range. The case I found was a 32S&W, not the 32S&W Long. It was actually a live round, so I am also able to add another bullet to my bullet collection.

I don't know how much this round is used, but it is not listed in Lyman 49th, but it is listed in the Lee 2nd edition manual.
