Capital Armory is CHEAP on a Ti-Rant 9

Got my NFA trust via FedEx today (thanks to Drew Dempster, attorney at CarolinaGunTrust.com) so I've been browsing around pondering my first purchase. I think I'm going to go with an AAC Ti-Rant 9 but they seem to be out of stock just about everywhere. My question, however, is regarding price. Most places seem to be in the $650-$800 range. However, capitalarmory.com has a list price of $395. That's a pretty big difference. I guess it doesn't matter what price they advertise if they don't have any to ship, but I was surprised to see one retailer so much lower than everyone else. Does anybody have experience with these folks?

They are selling it at about half off their regular price because it is discontinued. AAC is introducing eccentric pistol silencers. My interest in 9mm is mostly SBR/SMG anyway. I added myself to the in-stock notification. At that price I will pay for it and work out the transfer later.

QuietRiot has them for $349 and they are in stock. I am waiting on a Ti-Rant 45 from them.

I will likely pass pass. It is only 2.9oz lighter and 13/16" shorter than my TiRant 45 (and the same diameter) and they don't even offer a piston with standard .300 BLK threads.
