Which of your .22LR rifles.....

I'm in 100% agreement with ColtPythonElite in post #11. Nobody's getting any of my .22s, or any other items that I may or may not own. :) Go ahead, try and assimilate me. Before they can, they'll be assimilating a little bit of lead.

Please identify the semi-autos, 3rd and 5th from the bottom.
The top semi-auto is a CZ 511 (essentially the same as a BRNO 581) and the bottom is a BRNO 611 22 Magnum.

Another one that might be the keeper if I had a lot of 22 Magnum ammo, but unfortunately I don't, and it's hard to find or crazy expensive these days.

I have a bakers dozen, each and every one very dear to me in its own special way and purpose,
BUT I cut my teeth on the 39 Marlin and it would have be the last one I part with. Actually which one of the 4 would be the real challenge!

Mine would be my Winchester 72A. Its a very handy tube fed bolt action. It was my very first rifle, and I developed some very find memories with it. My Grandpa gave it to me when I was 13 and before that my grandma had used it to win piles of medals in smallbore competition. Its a real tackdriver.

And I can say from one bad incident...if I was an invading alien, I wouldn't want to be shot by it. When I was 15, I was out in the desert shooting coke cans off boulders, and caught a ricochet in the calf. Hurt like crazy, and did enough damage to require a minor surgery. Lesson learned.

Fella's;

Mine would be my CZ452 American left hand. It's a hunting gun and really rather accurate. It wears a mil-dot scope & that opens up all sorts of interesting shot possibilities. It'll do MOA at 100 yards, but it's been stretched well beyond that.
Hah! Far enough to be considered a sniper rifle, pickin' off aliens tryin' to get into my safe to confiscate the rest of 'em.

My nicest in the stable is a Marlin 39a, so I would probably keep that. With reasonable care and maintenance it should easily outlast me. Especially no more than I get to shoot nowadays...

I could also get by just fine with my Marlin 81ts if I had to, although it is not as nice of a specimen (obviously).

My first rifle was a Marlin 60 and I still have it - but it doesn't really move me.

Now, if the question was which rifle would you keep that had to do it all and be rugged and reliable, I just might pick the old Savage model 24. It is a .22/.410 variant. No tube mag to dent, no lever to (somehow) bend. Fairly minimal number of parts. Yeah, it's "cheating" a little with the shotgun barrel... so what? :)
