i got an 4" XD 9mm right when they came out. it's the one of the most reliable, smoothest, most accurate autoloaders i've ever shot. it's a gun you can have a blast shooting all day long and a gun you could trust your life to.
me and all my buddies used to carry and trade pocket knives in elementary school. that was 20+ years ago in a rural district. try that now and they'd call in the SWAT team
my first thought was bone or antler, but it's far too thick to be from a deer in MO. unless it's really, really old. and the weight makes me think it's stone.

it was found along a river bank a few years ago. it seems to be made from bone or maybe limestone. both ends look like they were sharp at some point in time. it weighs around 1.5 pounds.
