Same experience here. They are the worst primers I've ever used. After a couple of pitted bolts, I learned my lesson. I'll never buy their crappy primers again.
Interesting. My 40S&W dies are Hornady, so I may have to give them a try. Although I guess it doesn't help me with the crimp die since I prefer to use a Lee FCD there too. I need to get these set up in a tool head and see if they are any better. If so, I may have to go with Hornady dies and...
I'm really debating how I want to handle this. The Dillon dies definitely sound like they fix the issue. However, the cost is also crazy, and I really wanted to use the Lee FCD. I know it's controversial, but I've had great luck with it when loading on my single stage. I'm not sure what the best...
Well, I finally got some time this afternoon to mess with this again. Thank you all for your help! I also gave Dillon a call, and they were fantastic on the phone. The first issue was that the index cam block needed adjusting. Once I adjusted this, the shell plate started advancing far enough...
It's actually their Belted Magnum Powder measure. It appears the previous owner was using it for 7mm STW based on the dies and brass included with it.

Thanks. I did read through the manual and have played with the shell plate bolt a lot. If I loosen it way up, it does seem to line up better with the primer punch, however it doesn't align with the expander from the powder die almost 100% of the time. I read on the Brian Enos forum to make sure...
Well, just to update I got this back from Dillon fairly quickly, but I haven't had time to mess with it and get it set up until now. I'm having a few issues. It seems like the shell plate isn't advancing as far as it needs to. Every few strokes of the handle and the shell plate doesn't seem to...
He's already said open carry is legal in his state. The guy wasn't committing a crime, and wasn't doing anything wrong.
The OP just doesn't like that the guy was choosing to exercise his constitutional right in a different manor than the OP chooses.
No, this is more like you see a guy driving a red car down the road following all traffic laws. You don't like a red car, so you decide to harass him for his choice of car. It's none of his business how someone decides to legally carry their firearm.
If open carry is legal, it's especially none of your business and he probably doesn't care what your opinion is about it. Just like you don't care about his
I wish I had this experience. I recently reached out to them about a the hanger being broken off of the piece that holds the pan on their 505 scale. Their response was to send me a link where I could buy a new one. I thought about making a thread on here about it at the time, but decided to let...
Well, I feel like I'm coming back with my tail tucked between my legs. I gave in and finally took the advice that most of you gave me in this thread and ordered the prepaid shipping label and box to send it into Dillon for their refurbishment. I hated doing it, but I still haven't had time to...
