    Favorite Clippy Knife Brand?

Either a ShivWorks Clinch Pick, or a clone.

Bought the "HAWK" thinking about this to go with it!

I think the Buck Paklites are decent knives for the price. IMO, a cord wrap, or scales, are a must though.

    Kydex Training Knives

As JShirley said: I can't speak for anyone else, but I don't train without proper protective gear, nor do I train with anyone who doesn't wear proper protective gear.

    Kydex Training Knives

I've heard that Kydex can become brittle when cold, but I've not been able to replicate the results of your experiment. I left pieces of various sizes and thickness in my freezer for a week, and none of them broke when bent double. I also store my Kydex in an unheated space year round, and I've...

    Kydex Training Knives

Not sure I understand what you mean, hso. Kydex is more flexible than steel, aluminum, or wood, and comparable to polypropylene. Depends on how many layers I use, of course, The Guardian (4 layers, excluding the handle) is quite a bit stiffer than the CRKT (2 layers).

    Kydex Training Knives

As anyone who trains with edged weapons knows, training blades that match your live blades can be difficult (if not impossible) to find. Here are a couple examples of what I've come up with to address that problem.

Yet another reason the anti gun group load up against gun owners

The Untouchables, of course! One of my favorites. Sean Connery's first line in that exchange with Andy Garcia is "Did you check it already?", though.:neener::D

    Customized Machete

I bought a piece-of-junk Coleman 18" machete about five years ago. I needed to clear some brush on a building lot, I didn't have time to order something, and the Coleman was all I could find locally. The blade was decent, for something that cost $4.99, but the cheesy handle broke the day after...

    Where are Benchmade knives made?

Knives branded "Benchmade" are all made in the US now. The imports are all under their HK Knives and H-D Knives brands. Many Red Class items are still available as HK and/or H-D Knives.

Water bottle improvised defensive tool perfected

As well as a tertiary use.You have a vessel in which water can be boiled if you should ever need to disinfect water. I got lucky and found Guyot Designs/Nalgene stainless bottles on clearance at my local Dick's Sporting Goods about six months ago. I bought four for less than $30.00.:neener::D

Why no love for BUCK's PakLites?

No, I used a thin formulation that I got from Midwest Knifemaker's Supply. http://www.usaknifemaker.com/1-oz-instacure-cyanoacrylate-thin-and-fast-curing-p-127.html Thanks!
